This page is designed to help you understand more about these technologies and how we use them, as well as to review your previous consent or refusal to accept cookies from our site (opt-in, opt-out).
Like most websites, Uniform Jeans uses cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. These are small data files placed on your computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other devices that allow us to collect specific pieces of information when you visit or interact with our website or services.
The names and types of cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies we use to collect information (such as, for example, information about the pages you visit, the links you click, or other actions you take on our services, in our ads, or in our emails) may change from time to time.
To help you better understand this policy and our use of such technologies, we provide the following definitions:
Cookies: These are small text files (usually consisting of letters and numbers) that are stored in your browser’s or device’s memory when you visit a website or view a message. There are various types of cookies, such as:
Session cookies: These are necessary for the website to function properly and expire when you close your browser. They allow us to track your actions as you navigate from link to link within our website.
Persistent cookies: These are stored on your device for a specific period of time.
First-party cookies: Placed by the site you are visiting.
Third-party cookies: Placed through the site you are visiting.
In addition to the cookies we set (first-party cookies), we also work with Service Providers—companies that assist us with various aspects of our business, such as services, applications, or advertising tools. Regarding advertisements, we use certified service providers who help us deliver ads for our products that are relevant to your interests across various parts of the internet. These service providers may also place cookies on your device (third-party cookies). They may also collect information that helps them recognize your device, such as your IP address or other unique identifiers.
We provide various services on our site that are available only through the use of these technologies. You can generally block, delete, or disable these technologies in your browser, provided that your browser allows it. However, in that case, you will not be able to take advantage of certain features of our website. If you are a registered user, you may also need to enter your username and password more frequently. These include technologies that allow you to access pages on our website that require identification of who you are as a user, such as the shopping cart page, the order page, or similar features, as well as features such as saving the language you’ve chosen to view our site in, saving the currency—which is set to the euro by default—for use when paying by credit card, saving your preference regarding whether or not to accept cookies on your browser or device; and cookies or similar technologies that provide security against unauthorized use of the site or attempted fraud. These cookies are not disabled if you choose not to use cookies when you enter the site or at the bottom of this page. However, they can be disabled through your browser or device settings, though disabling them may cause the site to function improperly.
Analytics (Performance-Related). We use first-party and third-party cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to store statistical data regarding user behavior on our site or services (such as how the user found our site, which pages they visited, which of our newsletters they opened, and so on) so that we can improve our services for visitors—whether by fixing functional issues on our pages, improving the user experience (user experience), or even by adjusting our marketing strategy based on your preferences so that we can provide you with the products you want as much as possible.

You can pay for your order quickly and securely using one of the following methods:
For shipments within Greece, cash on delivery payment is available. Products are shipped by courier and you pay the amount upon receipt of the product.
In our online store, you can pay easily and securely using a credit or debit card. Please note that our online store only accepts credit and debit cards issued in Greece. Specifically, if a credit card supports interest-free installments, that option will automatically appear on the payment form. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners, and American Express.
Card Number
MasterCard cards have a 16-digit card number.
Card Verification Code (CVC)
The Card Verification Code (CVC2) consists of the last three digits of the number printed in the signature panel. For many orders placed by mail, phone, or online, the card verification number is also requested to ensure that the buyer actually has the card in their possession and is not using old receipts.
Mastercard SecureCode.
The MasterCard® SecureCode™ service, which verifies the identity of MasterCard cardholders, provides additional security when you make purchases online. By using a unique Personal Security Code that you create and enter during your online purchases as part of the verification process, you’ll be able to use your debit or credit card with even greater security and confidence. Entering your MasterCard® SecureCode™ during a purchase at an online store confirms that you are the authorized cardholder. If an incorrect Personal Security Code is entered, the purchase cannot be completed. Even if someone knows your credit or debit card number and other details, the purchase cannot be completed without the Personal Security Code.
VISA.
Card Verification Number
The Card Verification Number—or Card Verification Value (CVC2)—consists of the last three digits of the number printed in the signature panel. For many orders placed by mail, phone, or online, the card verification number is also requested to ensure that the buyer actually has the card in their possession and is not using old receipts.
Verified by Visa.
To help you shop online with confidence, we offer Verified by Visa—a service that protects the cardholder’s information with a personal code. It’s reliable, secure, fast, and easy. With the Verified by Visa service, an additional field linked to your bank appears during the payment process. There, you enter your personal Verified by Visa password and your personal information to confirm that you are the legitimate cardholder. The Verified by Visa password is an additional security measure known only to you and your bank.
Diners.

Protection Against Fraud, Even Online
With your American Express Card, you can shop online with confidence, as it always offers protection against fraud. In the event of unauthorized use of your card number, as an American Express Cardholder, you are liable only if you caused the unauthorized use intentionally or through gross negligence. RETURN AND REFUND
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request a replacement, given that the nature of clothing and footwear items is such that they may sometimes fail to meet your expectations due to their non-physical presence at the time of purchase.
So whether the return is due to a change in size, color, or any other reason, such as because you are not satisfied with your product, you have the option of returning it within 14 days of receipt.
If the return is not made within 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse any return for replacement or cancellation of the transaction. We emphasize that the date of shipment of the returned product is considered to be the date indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the purpose of checking the deadline.
In any case, returned products must be in the condition in which they were received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g., DAT, retail receipt, shipping note, etc.). In the event of a change in size, design, or color of clothing, shoes, or accessories due to the customer’s misjudgment, the customer sends the item back to us free of charge using the courier service they chose upon delivery, and we send the new item with a charge of 3.5 euros.
For faster service When the order has been placed with General Express after telephone communication, replacement can be made using the delivery-receipt method.
If you have received your parcel with BOX NOW, you can return it to the nearest available Locker, which you can find here https://boxnow.gr/. All you need to do
is write the 10-digit number of your original shipment on the parcel, enter the 10-digit number in the locker, and deposit the parcel for return.
Product Returns.
In summary, the return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:
▪ Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. (In cases where delivery was not made on time, the replacement period is longer.)
▪ Returns will be made via courier service at Blue Company’s expense, provided that the product has not been used.
▪ the product is accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g., DAT, Retail Receipt, Bill of Lading, etc.)
If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted by our Company and will be returned to the sender. Otherwise, the cost of reshipment (product replacement) is 3.5 euros.
The return process is simple and can be completed by filling out the product return form found on our e-shop homepage https://www.uniformjeans.com and send to sales@uniformjeans.com or by calling 210 2209068.
Please note that changes are always made to the current price of the product you wish to purchase and the market price of the product you wish to replace. If the new product you choose has a lower price than the one you are returning, you are entitled to a discount coupon equal to the difference between the two prices.
All of the above applies to orders shipped within Greece. For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for the costs of the change.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must notify us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. You must return the products immediately, but in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the sales contract, and in appropriate packaging. This deadline is considered met if you ship the products before the deadline expires.
If you withdraw from a sales contract during the withdrawal period, we will refund all payments we have received from you for the purchase of the product, (provided that the returned product corresponds to the entire order and that you have not used the product), no later than fourteen (14) days from the date we receive the returned products, provided they meet the conditions for returned products as described above. Refunds are always issued at the product’s purchase price on the date of purchase, minus 3.5eu to cover the cost of shipping and returning the product.
Although our company will issue a refund, the 5% discount coupon you automatically received upon delivery of your order will not be canceled, and you can use it on your next purchase.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products.
To ensure the fastest processing of the transaction, please use IBANs associated with accounts at the National Bank of Greece. For banks other than those listed above, the customer may incur additional charges from their own bank, which are based on each bank’s current fee schedule; we bear no responsibility for these charges.
If you pay for your order via cash on delivery, you must provide us with your bank account details, specifically your account’s IBAN, the name of the bank, and the account holder’s full name (which must match the name of the person who received and paid for the order).
You will only be required to pay for any decrease in the value of the products if such decrease is due to your mishandling while checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
You do not have the right of withdrawal for products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, have been damaged or are defective, or when the product tag has been removed after delivery.
You may cancel your order before the product is shipped. Cancellations can be made by sending an email to sales@uniformjeans.com or by calling 210 2209068 daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
